I Honestly Have No Idear.

I'm Sorry, Are You Electrocuted?

Exactly. I Don't Know Either/Boredom.

Maybe You Just Don't Understand Me.

Don't Tell Me I'm Dreaming, All I Ever Wanted Was To Dream Another Sunset With You.

This is summer.

Officer, I Didn't Mean To Break The Law....

This Is What We Look Like After We Almost Get Raped.
This is my best friend. We do careless things, but it makes our lives so much more interesting. We snuck out in the middle of the night, and got caught by a drunk hobo homo boho freak who started yelling at us. Just another day :]

Homeless People Vs. Hopeless Tourists

Train Rides and Giant Beans.
Sue me, I may or may not have snuck to Chicago. Heres a hint, I did. I officially fell in love with locomotives and railroads. Maybe I'll become an engineer when I grow up. I used to think my dad drove a train when I was younger, but then I realized that he is an electrical engineer. Yawn. I don't want to throw my life away on a boring job, and I could care less about money. Anyways, I kicked off my summer by bumming a ride on a train to one of the largest cities in U.S... the best part is my parents have no clue.

April Freezes Bring May...Sneezes?

Spring Break
Oh, the boredom of snow...during the time I should be partying it up in Florida. Just two days left of sleeping in and reading books in the coziness that is my room. This may sound like a relaxing dream for some, but for me its torturous.
I've read billions of words and listened to days worth of music. All I got out of it was a sob story to make my friends who have a life happy.
I'm making
Hopeless wishes for hopeful kisses.

I Feel Like A Bird.
A very fortunate bird, possibly a peacock, who has finially discovered how to Twitter. Now, I will be overprotective and obsessive with having my phone, which is nice because it continuously gets hidden by gnomes in the couch cushions while I divert my attention. And I have a slight memory problem when it comes to calling people back. I currently have: ZERO followers. And although I have: ZERO followers on this blog too, I ask you made up people to follow me on Twitter. http://twitter.com/blahlauren Stalk Me!

Fish Rooms and Photo Montages.

"This was so not worth it."

Secret sleepovers, T.P.ing with boys....and puking in toilets. I also went to the cinema and saw the creepiest kids movie ever, Coraline (3D made it even creepier!) I had no idea that a movie could be PG and make kids cry!

Go Sit In A Corner.

"No, They're Eating Pizzaaaaaa!" - A quote from the stupidest show ever, parental control.
What a sad, sad Valentines day....
I have no valentine. So I watched Forrest Gump and Into the Wild, because I'm so lame I get depressed by watching love movies. And they are kind of boring. My nails are now permanetly stained pink from layer upon layer of polish, and my fridge is now empty of all ice cream containers. Oh, I wish I had a boyfriend. Today was such a obnoxious day! I was being bothered by two bitches at breakfast, spent 2 hours waiting in line at the post office to get my passport, and sat around with my friend for an hour. Plus, I have (temporarily) realized that I hate the guys I like. I am so odd.

Surprise Party.

In Home Depot??????

So the day after Abraham Lincoln, Charles Darwin, the guy that the movie Into the Wild is based on, and me's birthday, a.k.a. yesterday, I was oh-so surprised by a trip to dinner and a movie, and a sleepover. We saw He's Just Not That Into You. I'd give it one star for effort :]. I got some clothes for my birthday and just...stuff.

Winter Warmth

Mmmmmm....
Today I spent hours simply basking in the new-found warmth that came from months of below-freezing temperatures and runny, red noses. Sure, it's supposed to be 35 degrees on Monday, but I took advantage of this lovely weather today. Me (on the right) and my friend, Kathryn (on the left)spent our entire summer bike-riding so of course we had to pump up our tires and take our bikes for a 15 mile spin. What we learned: We do not have the same endurance we had built up at the end of the summer! I'm going to feel the burn tomorrow :]. We caught up with an old neighbor and went for icecream at our favorite cafe, as well as visited my old school. Later, Kathryn drove us (she has her permit. I ,unfortunately, do not.) to go grab a bite to eat.
If only this weather would last...

P.S. My friend is doing much better, but no longer thinks "the ranbows in [my] hair are to die for" or that random ladies are banging on her walls and asking her how old she is. Thank god.

Cheap Cheep.

Stock Up!
I am NOT a thrifty shopper, so imagine my surprise when the clothes at stores such as Alloy and Delias are suddenly, like, 70% off.
Just wanted to share my happiness.
Oh! Its supposed to be warm tomorrow, which calls for fun times.
One of my friends is super sick, and hallucinating, so I have to watch what I say to her in case she doesn't remember it so not to confuse her. It's creeping me out.
So my weekend will probably mostly consist of outside-ness and visiting...

Obsession.

Boom, Roasted!
I would just like to take a moment to reflect upon this weeks episode of The Office.
Lately, this shows been...well...
not funny.
But this week it made me spit my tea all over the computer.
Seriously, I almost died when Creed said "He has no wallet, I checked" during the freakout with the CPR dummy, and Michael yelling "STANLEY, You can't die! BARACK IS PRESIDENT! Your black!" or something along those lines. Oh, and the whole fake fire Dwight set, and Angela with the kitten....and the roast.
OKAY, what I am trying to say here is the entire hour was spent laughing.
Definitly reminicent of Season 3 :].
Other good shows to watch: Gossip Girl, Lie to Me, Flight of the Conchords, Monk.
All completely different, but they get me through the week.

Daisies, I Dream Of.

Wow.

I miss these times.

When is this Midwestern winter going to end?
I heard its supposed to be 65 and sunny tomorrow.......

in Miami.
Unfortunately, bright skies and green grass are not in this lonely suburbs future. Instead, I will just have to gaze out the window at the blank white canvas that is my neighborhood.
The purity of this snow just kills me. I just want to paint on it!
My spirits are down, along with my schoolgrades.
Now I must go keep up my F average in Algebra.

The Forward to My Life.

Why hello.

Je m'appelle Lauren.
I'm in highschool.
I'm not like you.

I dont like introductions, and I'm horrid at the art of first impressions.
Luckily, other arts come naturally to me,
and thats the focus of this jounal thing.

I'll probably post writings, drawings, outfits, pictures, muses, paintings...
Who knows really? I'm just going with the flow of things.
